The holiday farm Il Palazzo consists of six different apartments that may sleep from two to six people. The farm has a large garden with a 6 x 12 metre fully-equipped swimming pool (the pool is equipped with beach umbrellas, deck-chairs, sunbeds, gazebos and a table tennis table). A large car park located just outside the farm as well as a shared laundry room are available to our guests.
Each apartment has a private outside space with garden chairs and table and is equipped with the following: satellite TV, air conditioning, independent heating, dish washer.
A delicious breakfast including “marmellata“ (jam) home-made by Paola and a selection of genuine cold cuts will be available upon request. Bath and bedroom linens are available free of charge. Extra beds available upon request.

Description of the Apartments

Girasole: a 45 sq. metre apartment located on the ground floor with independent entrance and consisting of one large double bedroom with shower and a living room with kitchenette and sofa.
Papavero: a 45 sq. metre apartment located on the ground floor and arranged as the previous.
Rosa: a 45 sq. metre apartment located on the first floor and arranged as the previous apartments; looking outside the living room window guests will be able to enjoy a stunning view of beautiful Etruscan Cortona whilst the bedroom window offers a charming view of the Val di Chiana where gentle rolling hills and crops blend into a pleasing harmony.
Quadrifoglio: a 65 sq. metre apartment located on the first floor as the previous apartment consisting of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with sofa and kitchenette as well as a perfectly working open fireplace.
Fiordaliso: apartment located on the second floor consisting of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with sofa and kitchenette.
Mimosa: apartment located on the second floor consisting of a large lounge, living/dining room with kitchenette, one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. The penthouse houses two further bedrooms as well as a mezzanine with sofa and two bathrooms (one with shower).
