Il Giardino di Sant'Agostino
Just entred in the historical center by the ancient S. Agostino door (20 meters far from the free public parking and 70 meters far from Piazza della Repubblica) on the first caracteristic alley of Cortona, full of flowers and history, you can find our terratetto of 90 mqs on 3 floors composed by: 2 bedrooms (one with matrimonial bed and one with 2 separete beds that can be united in matrimonial bed), living room with 2 armchairs and large divan bed for two people, TV nd stereo with cd, totally equipped kitchen with dishwasher and even, spacious bath with shower, laundry room.

The terratetto is unique because at the top has a spacious terrace overlooking the Valdichiana where you can sunbathe on the beds, make breakfast under the gazebo or simply lose our gaze between the typical color of the Tuscan until profile del Monte Amiata. On the first floor there is a small garden also equipped with table and chairs for lunch after a nice barbecue and relax on rocking behind the rose gardenis.

Il Campanile
Holiday Apartment Il Campanile is a charming apartment immersed in the peace and colors of the old town of Cortona, situated in front of the St. Benedict curch, just off center of S. Augustine, 50 mts from the main square and 60 mts from the S.Augustine door and the free pubblic parking immediatly out of the Etruscan walls.

The apartment. about 75 square mts in a plan, is composed of living room with fireplace, sofa (sofa that can become a bed for 2 persons), LCD TV, stereo CD player, table with chairs and a kitchenette fully equippedully. The sleeping area consists of a little bedroom with a French bed, a large double bedroom with views over the valley and a small bathroom with shower. The apartment was completely restored in full respect of the Tuscan tradition, with exposed beams, cotto floors and walls in pastel shades.
